Everything was overcooked. Fish was dry, Cajun coating & sauce tasteless, Alfredo sauce was "broken" & grainy.
The server was good & relayed our comments to the cook (obviously not a chef) and from the lack of comment it's obvious he didn't care.
The best part was the desert that was made elsewhere.
I've had dinner in every type of restaurant and in every state and a few foreign countries over 30 years. The best thing I have to say about Hilltop House is that I did not get food poisoning; although in some of the places where I got food poisoning the food tasted better.December 21, 2016 - 4 / 5By John BowenQuality service atmosphere & food.
